• Expert plans include access across all course levels, including the listed CCIE and CCDE course categories.
• Current plans list study group participation, certificates of completion, invoice access, progress tracking and instant access.
• Quizzes, hands-on labs, workbooks and networking topologies are included only when shown on the selected plan.

Lab credits are purchased separately and are used to launch hands-on networking lab sessions. Each lab displays its credit cost before launch, and the credits are consumed when the session starts.

Purchased lab credits are valid for 12 months.

Both payment types are available, depending on the selected plan.

• Recurring plans charge the displayed total at the stated billing interval and renew automatically.
• One-time plans charge once for the displayed access period and do not renew automatically.

Recurring subscriptions can be cancelled from the Subscriptions area in your profile. After cancellation, access remains active until the current billing period ends.

One-time plans do not renew, so no subscription cancellation is required.

Course access ends when the plan's access period expires. You can return to this page and choose a new plan to regain or extend access.

Recurring plans renew at the end of their billing period unless they have been cancelled.

Certificates of completion are listed as included in the currently available subscription plans.

A course completion certificate is different from a vendor certification and does not replace the relevant certification exam.

Team Training options are available for organizations with five or more learners. The current team offering includes configurable duration, team-size pricing, custom learning paths, and progress tracking and analytics.

Certification-focused courses provide structured technical content for the certification areas listed in the selected plan. Longer plans may also include quizzes, hands-on labs, lab workbooks and networking topologies.

Available preparation resources vary by plan and do not guarantee a certification exam result.

Course access follows your authenticated account rather than being assigned to one specific device.

The current plan data does not advertise a fixed simultaneous-device allowance. Contact support before purchasing if concurrent device access is important to your use case.

Refund eligibility is governed by the published Refund Policy and depends on its applicable conditions.

No blanket refund guarantee is attached to the subscription plans.
